Harissa is a red chilli paste originating with the Berber people in Tunisia. The harissa sauce is made from hot
chillies, garlic, cumin, coriander, caraway and olive oil.
Chermoula paste is a Moroccan marinade with cumin, coriander and lemon.
Great with lamb, as well as vegetables, fish and chicken.
